TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PRICING

All prices quoted are net, in Australian dollars and apply to goods dispatched from our 124 Victoria Road, Drummoyne address.

Prices include a 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax) amount, as required under Australian law.

Quotations valid for 60 days.

2. PAYMENTS

A deposit payment of 50% is payable before work is scheduled or progressed.

Deposits received are non-refundable.

Terms of payment are strictly COD, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

We retain title to all goods until payment is received. Payments options are:-

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) Cheque Payments

Bank: Commonwealth Bank Allow five days for funds to

BSB: 062.182, Hunters Hill ‘clear’ when paying by cheque.

3. DELIVERY

Free delivery/pick-up within 20km of above address.

Deliveries by carrier are charged according to carrier scheduled fee.

Unless specified, we assume ‘road’ service will be appropriate or by other common carrier depending on size and weight of consignment. Where air delivery is specified, the customer should specify the service required, ie., overnight or sameday.

We will endeavour to meet the customers shipping dates, but cannot guarantee carriers transit times.

4. WARRANTY & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Our sails are designed and developed exclusively for use in sailboats. Any other application is entirely at the risk of the buyer, and no warranty as to fitness for any purpose other than sails for sailboats is given or implied.

In no event shall Gemmell Sailmakers be liable for any damages in respect to the sail or use of any product sold greater than the purchase price for that particular product.

Sails left on the premises are done so at the sole risk of the owner.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact us for authorisation before returning any item for credit or replacement.
