Gemmell Sails has been the local, trusted name on the Sydney sailing scene for over 10 years.  We don’t have cushy ‘corporate’ offices around the world or supply cheap imported sails.  Our busy little loft is all about personal service & attention to detail.

Ben Gemmell has been on the water all his life and knows sailing inside out. He’s managed a few championships in his time too!

From premium bespoke racing and cruising sails to repairs, recuts & covers; Gemmell can sort it.  Using the best fabrics, fittings and hardware available, we deliver innovative design, a quality finished product and experienced staff able to advise on all facets of the sport.

We’re a place where you can always talk to a qualified sailmaker.  Our sales service includes measuring-up, boat set-up and rig tuning advice to help you perform at your best on each sailing adventure.
